Established in 2021 Disco Brisket BBQ became a reality when our son began his training in Culinary Arts. Already well rounded in BBQ Cuisine he chose his lifelong passion to stay in food service and hone his skills. After applying for jobs and no one being willing to take a chance on a new chef he was having second thoughts. We attended a BBQ Competition, and the spark was reignited. After him serving BBQ for years at home , camping , wedding rehearsal dinners, birthday parties and other events we took everyone suggestion and Disco Brisket BBQ became a reality.
