Established in 2021, BBQ was always a fun thing to do. Nick our son and Pit Master at Disco Brisket BBQ starting cooking BBQ at the Age of 11. Any family party or cookout we went to he would somehow talk someone into letting him man the grille or smoker. We notice he had taken a real liking to it. A few years went by and he was presented with an opportunity to attend a school who offers vocational classes. After exploring a few trades and now in high school he made a decision and began his training in Culinary Arts. Already well rounded in BBQ Cuisine he chose his lifelong passion to stay in food service and hone his skills. After applying for jobs and no one being willing to take a chance on a new chef he was having second thoughts. We attended a BBQ Competition, and the spark was reignited. After him serving BBQ for years at home , camping , wedding rehearsal dinners, birthday parties and other events we took everyone’s suggestion and with his lead Disco Brisket BBQ became a reality.
